Tread/sidewall Train Line

This train line is mainly used for the production of semi finished products such as tread, sidewall, apex and base tread. The line for all steel truck radial tire is composed of take-off (including lettering device, temperature measuring device), forced cooling and shrinkage, continuous weighing device, width measuring device, marking device for non-certified product, color spray and line device, auto centering device at the front of calender, bridging and rear roll-conveyor of calender, multi-piece rolling device, calender, temperature control system, feeding system of pin barrel cold feed extruder, horizontal and vertical auto feeding conveyor0, 2-station 4-let-off strip applicator, 2-station application and let-off for polythene liner, incline conveyor, spraying and cooling device, dipping and cooing tank, drying device, decline conveyor, cut-to-length cutting device, fast separation roll, second time water blow-off, finial checking & weighing device, pick-up roll conveyor, hydraulic lifting table, pick-up roll conveyor for waster, conveying belt, 2-station winding-up, computer control system etc. Also this line are used for the preparation of tread, sidewall, apex and other semi finished products of semi-steel radial tire and bias tire after adjustment.
